For this reason, we uniquely give you a 20-year guarantee on all parts supplied. If a component fails due to poor design or faulty manufacture, we will supply a free of charge replacement provided that it was installed correctly, for its proper use and has been maintained correctly.
Extremely high temperatures are present in the primary circuits of solar thermal systems used to produce hot water and they can easily reach more than 110 C (hotter than boiling water!) because they operate at pressures up to 1.5 bar. These conditions are very onerous and quickly lead to failure if the wrong components are used. To save money, some suppliers use inferior products designed for standard heating systems. The end user (and some installers too) cannot tell the difference until a premature failure occurs.
